KASPER RESEARCH LLC SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While Kasper Research LLC makes every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, product availability is not guaranteed.

In the event a purchased product becomes unavailable, delayed, discontinued, or oversold after an order has been placed, Kasper Research LLC reserves the right to:

  • Delay shipment until inventory becomes available
  • Offer a comparable product or equivalent dosage substitution of equal or greater value
  • Partially fulfill an order
  • Cancel the affected portion of the order if necessary

If a substitution or significant fulfillment change is required, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the customer using the information provided during checkout.

Kasper Research LLC reserves the right to limit quantities or restrict product availability at its discretion.

ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order information prior to checkout, including shipping address, billing information, and product selections.

Kasper Research LLC is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted during checkout.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of purchase.

After 30 minutes, or once an order has entered processing or shipment status, orders may no longer be modified or canceled.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Kasper Research LLC reserves the right to restrict or refuse shipment to certain jurisdictions, regions, or addresses at its discretion and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, carrier restrictions, or operational considerations.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, shipping timelines and delivery operations are outside the direct control of Kasper Research LLC.

In the event of a shipping-related issue such as carrier delay, misdelivery, or package loss, Kasper Research LLC may reship the order after:

  • 7 business days have passed from the original scheduled delivery date, and
  • Confirmation or investigation has been completed with the shipping carrier regarding the status of the original shipment

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with shipping carriers to resolve delivery issues as quickly and securely as possible.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking information shows a package as delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier directly.

Kasper Research LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

However, we are happy to assist customers with filing carrier claims when possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final.

Kasper Research LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Products that have been opened, handled, or improperly stored
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing

If there is an issue with your order, customers must contact support@kasperresearch.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Customers are responsible for the proper storage, handling, and use of all products after delivery has occurred.

Kasper Research LLC is not responsible for product degradation, damage, or issues resulting from improper storage conditions after delivery.
